General Terms

Welcome to A One Solution! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking Terms

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when we issue a confirmation invoice or email after receiving the required deposit.

Payments

  • A deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking
  • The balance payment is due 60 days before departure
  • For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified

Cancellations

  • More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited
  • 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost

Some services may have different cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents including:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date
  • Required visas for all countries you will visit
  • Any required vaccinations or health certificates
  • Travel insurance documentation

A One Solution is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering at least:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Baggage loss or delay
  • Personal liability

A One Solution is not liable for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, or political unrest.

Changes by Us

While we endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation changes
  • Political unrest
  • Natural disasters
  • Other operational requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.

Limitation of Liability

A One Solution acts as an intermediary between you and various independent suppliers that provide transportation, accommodation, and other services.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to:

  • The acts or omissions of these suppliers
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)
  • Your failure to comply with travel requirements
  • Your voluntary participation in activities not part of the arranged itinerary

Health & Safety

You are responsible for assessing whether a tour is suitable for your health and physical condition. Some tours may involve:

  • Strenuous activity or high altitudes
  • Exposure to different climates and environments
  • Travel to remote areas with limited medical facilities

You must advise us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective immediately upon posting.
